not really essential but general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent so far um I mean it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people even if you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with normal typical treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of trouble opening…Australian Version Of.Betterhelp… so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m not sure how much that in fact is simply me having a problem opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing simultaneously however back here so I simply wanted to give some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I type of wished to give a short summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some concerns that are look I think it’s actually great for like tension kind of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I think I need to’ve said that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really busy job or something like that I believe likewise another really terrific really fantastic candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t. issues since they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that resemble stressing you or things that are making distressed or depressed but I tend to find that it’s a bit much better for simply more I’m actually distressed about beginning a new job I am truly anxious about you understand finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not truly like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some things then I think it would be great um it also depends upon like how comfortable you resemble speaking to a phone like I know that that sounds strange however like do you video chat with your good friends do you you know what I suggest since if you don’t then I feel like it’s gon na be truly odd like you holding up a phone or like talking with your laptop computer because it’s gon na resemble this weird like artificial thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s sort of like fine whatever like this is normal that’s something I saw I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of used to it but I seemed like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would absolutely recommend it to any person who travels like full-time since that would be incredible like then you could really have treatment if that’s not something that is an option to you.
