not very essential but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good up until now um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be tough opening to these people just because you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening…Betterhelp Advertisement… so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m uncertain just how much that really is just me having a problem opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I just wanted to provide some like final thoughts I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a brief introduction and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I believe it’s a bit hard if you have some issues that are look I think it’s really good for like tension kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I should’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like identified or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I do not know it’s summer season here so generally I think it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really hectic task or something like that I believe likewise another really terrific actually fantastic candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I have not. issues since they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making nervous or depressed however I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for just more I’m truly anxious about starting a new task I am truly distressed about you know finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not actually like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be fantastic um it also depends on like how comfy you are like speaking with a phone like I know that that sounds strange but like do you video chat with your buddies do you you understand what I suggest since if you do not then I seem like it’s gon na be actually odd like you holding up a phone or like talking with your laptop computer since it’s gon na resemble this odd like synthetic thing however like if you’re utilized to that then it’s sort of like all right whatever like this is normal that’s something I discovered I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m kind of utilized to it however I seemed like when I was doing it this would be unusual if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would definitely recommend it to any person who travels like full-time since that would be amazing like then you might actually have therapy if that’s not something that is an alternative to you.
