not extremely crucial but total I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good so far um I imply it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical regular therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did plan to have a bit of problem opening up…Betterhelp Betterhelp… so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m unsure just how much that really is just me having a problem opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without everything failing at the same time but back here so I just wanted to offer some like final ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a short introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it says it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some problems that are look I think it’s actually good for like stress type of things and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been just having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my general anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I must’ve stated that earlier but I do have actually anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I truly like to say that I have depression but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summertime here so basically I believe it’s actually good if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a truly busy job or something like that I think also another truly terrific actually excellent prospect to utilize talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re traveling overseas or if you simply if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a terrific thing well I continue to use it yes I will even if I have not. issues due to the fact that they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that resemble worrying you or things that are making depressed or distressed but I tend to find that it’s a bit better for just more I’m really distressed about beginning a new job I am really nervous about you understand graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um but like I stated if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some things then I think it would be terrific um it also depends on like how comfy you resemble talking to a phone like I understand that that sounds strange however like do you video chat with your friends do you you know what I indicate due to the fact that if you do not then I feel like it’s gon na be truly weird like you holding up a phone or like talking to your laptop computer since it’s gon na be like this odd like synthetic thing but like if you’re utilized to that then it’s sort of like okay whatever like this is typical that’s something I discovered I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be odd if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would absolutely suggest it to anybody who takes a trip like full-time since that would be remarkable like then you might actually have therapy if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
