What is wrong with Talkspace? Betterhelp Bootstrap
not very crucial but general I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been great up until now um I indicate it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these people even if you’re not there in person and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with typical typical therapy so I believe that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of trouble opening…Betterhelp Bootstrap… so it’s been something that I’ve been considering however I’m uncertain how much that really is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at the same time but back here so I just wished to provide some like last ideas I think I don’t desire this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to give a short introduction and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I think it’s a good service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are look I believe it’s really great for like stress kind of things and I have not been having a great deal of like that example like I have like been simply having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my general anxiety and like what triggers me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I should’ve stated that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um however I do definitely like depressive ideas and like I actually like to state that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s really great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a truly busy task or something like that I think also another truly fantastic actually terrific prospect to use talk space would be someone who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I likewise don’t like insurance coverage is actually spotty with this so it depends on if you ‘d be insured anyhow but like I need to exercise some insurance coverage things prior to I even like consider this so I mean I think it’s a great service I have seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I have actually seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and then there’s another one that a youtuber I truly love I watch all of her videos and she talked about it however I do not remember what that a person was called I can place it here again which’s like something similar so if you wish to look into that a person to compare them the reason I wound up getting talk space was since my boyfriend was sort of pushing me to do something to do treatment because he understood that I was going through a great deal of stress so so he kind of was the one who was stating hey you must truly speak to someone and he understood about talk space and so that was the one that he truly recommended me to utilize that he for he’s heard a lot of like good ideas about but once again like it’s actually like discussed a lot through sponsorships and that’s pretty much the only way I have actually ever become aware of it I have not really become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to publish this but yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a great service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was type of starting to say before if you have deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I think that it is essential to be seeing someone face to face specifically if it’s you know things that it’s simply it’s it’s harder to discuss more extensive concerns there’s something I’ve kind of seen like certainly these are deep.
problems because they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making depressed or anxious but I tend to find that it’s a bit better for just more I’m truly anxious about starting a new job I am actually anxious about you know graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um but like I said if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some things then I think it would be great um it likewise depends on like how comfortable you resemble talking to a phone like I understand that that sounds weird but like do you video chat with your buddies do you you know what I imply because if you don’t then I seem like it’s gon na be actually unusual like you holding up a phone or like talking with your laptop computer because it’s gon na be like this unusual like artificial thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s kind of like fine whatever like this is typical that’s something I discovered I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of used to it but I felt like when I was doing it this would be unusual if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would absolutely recommend it to anybody who travels like full-time since that would be awesome like then you might actually have treatment if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
