not very essential however overall I simulate the user interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been very good so far um I suggest it is I would say another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be hard opening to these people just because you’re not there in person and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal typical treatment so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did intend to have a bit of difficulty opening up…Betterhelp Dan Costin… so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking of but I’m unsure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening up to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at once however back here so I just wanted to give some like final ideas I guess I do not want this to be too long of a video I type of wanted to offer a short summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some problems that are appearance I believe it’s truly great for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I guess I must’ve said that earlier but I do have anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with anxiety um but I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to state that I have anxiety but like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t understand it’s summertime here so generally I think it’s truly great if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a truly hectic task or something like that I think likewise another truly terrific truly fantastic prospect to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or perhaps you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t. problems due to the fact that they resemble things of your mind and they’re things that are like stressing you or things that are making anxious or depressed but I tend to find that it’s a little bit much better for just more I’m truly anxious about beginning a new task I am actually distressed about you understand finishing going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um however like I said if you are experiencing more simply you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be great um it also depends on like how comfy you are like talking with a phone like I understand that that sounds unusual but like do you video chat with your buddies do you you understand what I imply since if you don’t then I feel like it’s gon na be actually odd like you holding up a phone or like talking to your laptop computer since it’s gon na resemble this odd like synthetic thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s type of like alright whatever like this is normal that’s something I observed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I feel like I’m sort of used to it but I seemed like when I was doing it this would be unusual if I didn’t um so yeah like I said I would certainly advise it to anyone who travels like full-time because that would be incredible like then you might in fact have treatment if that’s not something that is an option to you.
