not very important but overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been excellent so far um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not in person rather as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have trouble opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening up…Betterhelp/Gabbie… so it’s been something that I have actually been thinking about however I’m not exactly sure how much that really is simply me having a problem opening to people or the real app so I’m sorry that the lighting got odd and I literally can’t make a video without everything going wrong at once but back here so I simply wished to offer some like final thoughts I think I do not desire this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a brief summary and after that like if you want me to go more in depth about it I kind of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I believe it’s a little bit tough if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s actually great for like stress kind of stuff and I have not been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a great deal of like think you’re not small but like smaller sized things than like my general stress and anxiety and like what triggers me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I ought to’ve stated that earlier however I do have anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to say that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I haven’t used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have an actually hectic task or something like that I believe also another really fantastic actually fantastic candidate to use talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a fantastic thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I haven’t.
