What is wrong with Talkspace? Betterhelp/Glam
not very important however general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent so far um I mean it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening up to these individuals even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with regular typical therapy so I think that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did plan to have a little bit of difficulty opening…Betterhelp/Glam… so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking about however I’m unsure how much that actually is simply me having an issue opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever failing at the same time but back here so I simply wished to provide some like last ideas I guess I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wanted to offer a quick overview and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s an excellent service I believe it does what it states it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a little bit difficult if you have some concerns that are look I believe it’s really good for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that example like I have like been just having a great deal of like believe you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive ideas so um yeah I suggest I think I must’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and then I do not I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do certainly like depressive ideas and like I really like to state that I have anxiety however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not used that for that long so I don’t know it’s summertime here so generally I believe it’s really excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have an actually hectic job or something like that I believe also another truly great truly terrific candidate to use talk space would be someone who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I believe that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not.
