not really crucial but general I simulate the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has actually been very good up until now um I indicate it is I would state another con in my opinion would be that it might be hard opening to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally rather as much as you would be with typical regular treatment so I believe that it could be harder for individuals to open to their therapists if you have problem opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a bit of trouble opening up…Betterhelp Offices… so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m uncertain just how much that really is simply me having a problem opening up to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got strange and I literally can’t make a video without everything failing at once but back here so I simply wanted to give some like final ideas I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to provide a brief summary and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I sort of can like in an follow-up video or something like that essentially I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a little bit tough if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s truly good for like stress type of stuff and I have not been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been simply having a lot of like think you’re not little but like smaller sized things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive ideas so um yeah I mean I think I should’ve said that earlier but I do have stress and anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with anxiety um but I do definitely like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have depression however like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not know it’s summer here so generally I believe it’s truly great if you you know can’t make it to visits if you have an actually busy task or something like that I think also another really fantastic truly fantastic candidate to utilize talk space would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or maybe you’re traveling overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to use it yes I will just because I haven’t. personally discovered a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance coverage is truly spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyway however like I need to exercise some insurance coverage stuff prior to I even like think of this so I suggest I think it’s a terrific service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk area and after that there’s another one that a youtuber I really love I view all of her videos and she discussed it however I do not remember what that one was called I can place it here again which resembles something comparable so if you want to check out that a person to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk space was because my boyfriend was sort of pushing me to do something to do treatment because he knew that I was going through a lot of stress so so he kind of was the one who was stating hey you need to actually speak to somebody and he understood about talk space and so that was the one that he truly suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a great deal of like advantages about but again like it’s truly like discussed a lot through sponsorships and that’s basically the only way I’ve ever heard of it I haven’t really become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored evaluations as I go to publish this but yeah I believe it’s I think it’s a terrific service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was kind of starting to say prior to if you have much deeper issues if you have bad anxiety if you have bad anxiety I think that it’s important to be seeing somebody face to face particularly if it’s you understand things that it’s simply it’s it’s harder to talk about more extensive issues there’s something I’ve kind of observed like certainly these are deep.
concerns since they’re like things of your mind and they’re things that resemble stressing you or things that are making depressed or nervous but I tend to find that it’s a little bit better for simply more I’m actually distressed about starting a new job I am truly nervous about you understand graduating going to school you know stuff like that that’s not really like existential things um however like I said if you are experiencing more just you’re going through some stuff then I think it would be fantastic um it likewise depends on like how comfy you resemble talking to a phone like I know that that sounds weird however like do you video chat with your buddies do you you understand what I suggest because if you don’t then I seem like it’s gon na be actually weird like you holding up a phone or like talking to your laptop computer because it’s gon na be like this weird like artificial thing however like if you’re used to that then it’s sort of like okay whatever like this is typical that’s something I observed I do talk on facetiming a bit so I seem like I’m kind of utilized to it however I felt like when I was doing it this would be strange if I didn’t um so yeah like I stated I would certainly advise it to anybody who takes a trip like full-time since that would be incredible like then you might in fact have therapy if that’s not something that is a choice to you.
