not really important but overall I do like the interface and personally my experience with my therapist has been excellent up until now um I suggest it is I would say another con in my opinion would be that it might be difficult opening up to these people even if you’re not there personally and you’re not face to face rather as much as you would be with normal normal treatment so I think that it could be harder for people to open up to their therapists if you have problem opening to your therapist in the first place so that’s just something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening up…Betterhelp Psychologist… so it’s been something that I’ve been thinking of but I’m unsure how much that actually is just me having an issue opening to individuals or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I actually can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously but back here so I just wished to provide some like last ideas I think I do not want this to be too long of a video I sort of wanted to offer a short overview and then like if you want me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a great service I believe it does what it says it’s supposed to do I believe it’s a bit difficult if you have some concerns that are appearance I think it’s really great for like stress kind of stuff and I haven’t been having a great deal of like that kind of thing like I have like been simply having a lot of like believe you’re not little but like smaller things than like my basic stress and anxiety and like what activates me and whatever and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I suggest I think I need to’ve said that earlier however I do have stress and anxiety like generalized anxiety and after that I don’t I’m not like diagnosed or anything with depression um but I do absolutely like depressive ideas and like I truly like to state that I have depression however like that and I do also have seasonal depression which I have not utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so generally I believe it’s actually great if you you understand can’t make it to appointments if you have a really hectic task or something like that I think also another really excellent really fantastic prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s traveling a lot so or possibly you’re taking a trip overseas or if you just if you travel in general and you do not have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be an excellent thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will even if I haven’t.
