not very essential however overall I do like the user interface and personally my experience with my counselor has been excellent so far um I suggest it is I would state another con in my viewpoint would be that it might be tough opening up to these individuals just because you’re not there face to face and you’re not personally quite as much as you would be with typical normal therapy so I think that it could be harder for people to open to their therapists if you have difficulty opening up to your therapist in the first place so that’s simply something to consider I did mean to have a little bit of problem opening up…Mark Hirschhorn Betterhelp… so it’s been something that I’ve been considering but I’m not sure just how much that really is just me having a problem opening to people or the actual app so I’m sorry that the lighting got unusual and I literally can’t make a video without whatever going wrong simultaneously however back here so I simply wanted to offer some like last ideas I think I don’t want this to be too long of a video I kind of wished to give a short summary and then like if you desire me to go more in depth about it I type of can like in an follow-up video or something like that basically I believe it’s a good service I believe it does what it states it’s expected to do I think it’s a bit difficult if you have some issues that are appearance I think it’s really helpful for like tension type of stuff and I haven’t been having a lot of like that kind of thing like I have actually like been just having a lot of like think you’re not small but like smaller things than like my basic anxiety and like what activates me and everything and like depressive thoughts so um yeah I indicate I guess I need to’ve stated that earlier however I do have actually anxiety like generalized stress and anxiety and then I do not I’m not like detected or anything with depression um however I do certainly like depressive thoughts and like I actually like to say that I have anxiety but like that and I do likewise have seasonal depression which I haven’t utilized that for that long so I do not understand it’s summer season here so basically I think it’s actually excellent if you you understand can’t make it to visits if you have a really busy task or something like that I believe also another actually terrific actually excellent prospect to use talk area would be somebody who’s taking a trip a lot so or maybe you’re taking a trip overseas or if you simply if you take a trip in general and you don’t have like access to one therapists all the time I think that would be a great thing well I continue to utilize it yes I will just because I have not. personally found a therapist that I like around here and I also don’t like insurance coverage is actually spotty with this so it depends upon if you ‘d be insured anyway but like I need to work out some insurance stuff before I even like think about this so I imply I believe it’s a great service I have actually seen a lot of other sponsored interviews or like I’ve seen a variety of other sponsor interviews for talk space and then there’s another one that a youtuber I actually love I view all of her videos and she discussed it however I do not remember what that a person was called I can place it here again which’s like something similar so if you want to look into that one to compare them the factor I ended up getting talk area was due to the fact that my partner was type of pressing me to do something to do treatment because he knew that I was going through a lot of tension so so he kind of was the one who was saying hey you should truly talk with somebody and he learnt about talk area and so that was the one that he truly suggested me to use that he for he’s heard a lot of like good things about however again like it’s truly like talked about a lot through sponsorships which’s practically the only way I have actually ever heard of it I have not truly become aware of it unn sponsored and I’m most likely gon na like fine on sponsored reviews as I go to post this but yeah I think it’s I think it’s a terrific service for what it is I think it’s not for everyone though um and I think like I was sort of starting to say prior to if you have deeper concerns if you have bad stress and anxiety if you have bad anxiety I believe that it’s important to be seeing someone face to face specifically if it’s you understand things that it’s just it’s it’s more difficult to speak about more in-depth issues there’s something I’ve kind of observed like undoubtedly these are deep.
